All of our customers have direct access to their own data held by us, as well as the ability to correct any inaccurate information.

Removal Of Your Data
You also have to the right to request the removal of your data if you are no longer a customer of Rigid Design. All personal data is automatically removed within 6 months of terminating services with us. Some data, for accounting purposes, is retained but as specified, all personal data is removed after this period.

To allow us to assist some of our customers in various other online services, some of you entrust personal credentials onto us. Rest assured, ALL of this data is stored encrypted, and is only accessible decrypted via a single software program written by ourselves. Only Rigid Design has access to this software. Data Collected By This Website
The data taken via any online forms on this website is used solely to process the enquiry. As stated above, our lawful basis to process this data is contractual. We use this data to allow us to process your query.
Once the data is received in our mailbox, it is transferred into our secure CRM, and the original email deleted. Data is held in our CRM for a maximum of 6 months, unless the enquiry leads into a sale.
